Earning $100 per month would take a lot of hard work. I don't think those tips alone would suffice.

Nice info. Recently I noticed something uncontrollable.
I believe one of the new advert of that particular keyword had a very good CTR ads display. My site got near 50% CTR on 30-40 impressions today, thats 15-20 clicks so far. It's a mini niche site with only 2-3 posts.

My point here is, sometimes if your keyword's advertisers had someone new and made one ad that really attract clicks. It's uncontrollable and it affects CTR.

I have made a forum, hoping that I can get this off the ground and running, then incorporate banners. sadly I think I have zero chance, too many forums already out there.

The key is to find that thin line between "spamming" and seo. If you can do that then as long as you are using the right keywords then you should be set.

But yeah, keywords are the KEY. Find out which keywords cost a lot (advertisers pay more) and then use those keywords throughout your blog, website etc. Just don't "keyword spam". Then you should get relevant high paying ads on your site.

I heard a slight move of an advert can make a big differences click rate. See Googles 'Hotspots' Heat Map. It's worth trying, but the main thing is to increase traffic right?

If you want $100 per day, you need tons of traffic. No amount of optimization will help you if you are not getting good traffic. Instead of speding too much time worrying about the optimizations, try to increase the traffic - SEO, content or whatever.

My AdSense revenue is less than $3 a month.

My blogs traffic is alos like yours.about 600 uv / day and it is 2 years old also. but i am manging to get your monthly amount per day. I think with 600 uv per day you can earn a lot more than that.. !!

How I increased my earnings

Here are a few suggestions I used to increase my earnings.

1) I added infolink.com to all my pages. I make $1-3 a day off of it. I know it doesn't sound like much but I only need to make $ 1 a day off it and that pays for my subscription to my website.

2) I would add more google ads to my pages I use the 300x250 ads, 468x60 banners, and the link units. They seem to work best for me, I use a combination of all three on each page depending on how long the page is and how they will fit on there.

3) This was a big change for me and caused my google ads to increase.

I put the 300x250 ad near the top of the page. I moved all my ads from the right side of the page to the left side.

I changed the ad color to red, that way they stand out more and get noticed more, resulting in more clicks. I make anywhere from $3-20 a day off the google ads. Usually average about $7 a day.

4) I go to a lot of trucking forums and try to post something on it and always leave my web address so people can click in. I get a lot of clicks from these forums.

5) I'm always reading the forums. I can always pick up some tips on there. You can subscribe to the forums so anytime someone post anything I get a copy on My Yahoo.
