The solution to your problem is not how to register to get accepted. Your problem is your site... Fix your site and get accepted.. very simple thing..

You didn't even receive an email from google telling you why? What country are you from? They might not accept applications from certain country.

Have a site with unique and relevant content. See that you site is at least six months old. If you are having a blog then it should be updated regularly with relevant posts.

If you are having difficulty in getting your account approved from google or if your site or blog is less than six months then I suggest you get your new adsense account through Indyarocks.com

Indyarocks.com have a program called google adsense earnings campaign which allows you to earn from adsense by serving ads on your profile(you need to create a profile on their network). You will get your own adsense account when you apply through them in just about a week or so. You can then use this account on any of your sites.

Yes. And, your location also does matter to get adsense account. Google doesn't approve adsense account easily from specific countries.

Simply sign up and be honest with your account info, if you are from the United States you will eventually need to fill out a W2

why not just go to docstoc and apply through them. Its the easiest way to go for it! Even people having no sites at all are now getting approved just because of sites like hubpages, and docstoc, just search google.

There must be something about the way that you're applying that keeps getting you rejected.

Read adsense rules about acceptable sites might help you get it right the next time that you try.

Good luck.

If you are from India.. you need to submit a site which is at least 6 months old. This is one of the specific reasons y Big G is not Approving Asian people.
