I was told by a lady who viewed one of my YouTube videos that I could actually have my adsense account banned for showing my CTR in the video. Is that true?

It is true. You're not allowed to publish any information that could be used to work out your adsense earnings.

Normally it isn't something that you should worry about too much about, but Google have been more random recently in relation to spot bans. So if you value your adsense account it might be in your best interest to block out the CTR info.

Yes.. its possible to face a ban if you disclose any personal Adsense information. The higher chance of facing a ban if both ur Publisher id together with ur information is displayed anywhere.
