I bought a site, i would like to change adsense code

Hi,

I bought a site several days ago, is it dangerous to my adsense account if i change the original adsense code to my adsense code?

Does google allow this?

pls help

Once you are a publisher you may use your code on as many sites as you like.

Creating a new channel and using that modified code will allow you to track the earnings for each site.

But the question is this site had an original adsense code(which is not belong to me) before i bought it, so , i want to know, is it dangerous if i change it to my own adsense code?

Does google allow this?

It will be fine. I have bought and sold sites and this was done both ways when that happened.

You can definitely change the code to yours Just don't cheat the system. Google only really cares about quality clicks. So as long as you're doing that, you can put your code on any number of websites.
