What annoys me with your adsense ad's is the link unit in the blog posts. Remove that so your content wraps around the big block better. This what I have on my blog posts.
Remove the other link unit in your blog posts that's at the bottom and put the 468 adblock at the end. People will read the full blog post and with the bigger ad showing, it may get more clicks or even have a better CTR. I have this format as well on my blog.
You could even remove the 768 ad block in the header and put a big block in the side column. One way to increase your CTR is actually just removing some ad blocks and changing the location's.
Do you have adsense channels created for each ad block and have that block targeted? This article can help you out with that.

My suggestion's above are only suggestions from looking at your blog. I'm not saying that your CTR will be 3 times better after the changes but I think the adsense ads would look more blended in on your blog. The content is more important then sticking ad's all over the place.
