Google stole my money have they stolen yours?

I know this is going to cause a bit of a fuss but here I go.

In august 2013 Google banned my Adsense account and withheld nearly two months earnings.

My blog never changed theme or positions of the ads never changed and I had Google Adsense ads on my blog for years.

I followed adsense ts and cs spot on and never broke any of them.

But when my earnings started to get serious 10k+ per month they banned my account gave bogus reasons. They with held money I earnt from the previous month and the money I had earnt in the month I was in approx 14k.

I sent 100s of emails and letters of complaint and got standard emails back with no further explanation or real reasons why?

Has anyone else had this problem with adsense? Banning you for no reason and keeping out standing money?

Thanks (Cant paste blog url due to being new member)

They never ban without good reason. I assume it was for invalid traffic.

All you can do is appeal, expalining the invalid traffic; how it happened;what you did to protect the advertiser when you detected it and what you are going to do in the future to protect those that pay the money.

If you appealed and denied it --> epic fail.

They did not steal your money. It was refunded to the advertisers who otherwise would have had to pay for the invalid traffic!

They never ban for good reason? My blog never changed for over three years, the ad locations never changed, my blog itself as a whole never changed, started to earn 10k+ a month and boom banned. Dont be so naive mate. Didnt you see the post about the Google employee? Who admitted he was ordered to do exactly what has been happening? Did you see the lawsuit going up against Google that 1000's of people are apart of? If you have a blog or website and you stay under the radar as in 1000 per month or so on, you should be fine when you earn over a threshold you become highlighted and boom banned! Read below:

Sorry to hear you got banned. I've too heard of people getting banned once over a certain amount. Though I haven't had it happen to me.

This is why I have alternative forms of income on my websites and don't rely on just google to bring in my income. If something like that were to happen then I'd still have some income.

"Google stole my money have they stolen yours?"

Never have and I know quite a few people that make a living off Google AdSense earning 5 digit incomes with it for years now.

Google doesn't ban people for no reason, they ban people that violate their TOS and/or the AdSense TOS as well.

I'm planning to signup for a new account when my blog is eligible for it.

I think it is the time to admit that Google is marketing gaint and can exploit users as there is no law and appeal system for Google Adsense. You have to accept the Google's idiot decision.

Google never calls you or sends a email written by a human. They have never ever did this.

They have appeal forms you can appeal a ban and provide as much proof as possible and then you wait for an answer.

As you may know, Google takes issues regarding program policy compliance very seriously. Our program policies are in place to help ensure a positive experience for our publishers, their site visitors, and our advertisers. As such, we ask that our publishers comply with the spirit of these policies.

If your AdSense account has been disabled for violations of our program policies, you may submit an appeal using the form below. We will review your request as soon as one of our specialists is available. However, please keep in mind that we reserve the right to disable an account for violations of program policies.

Please note that you may submit only one appeal for your account. Any additional submissions will not be reviewed.

Just searched and found my reply!

Hi,
Thanks for your message.
We've reviewed your appeal, but we are unable to reinstate your account. Decisions on appeals are the result of careful investigation by our policy specialists and are final. Please also note that further participation in the AdSense program by publishers whose accounts have been disabled is prohibited. For more information concerning disabled accounts, please see our FAQ in our help center: https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...59&topic=30288

Why is it sad news? The quality of traffic coming from the site was so poor (invalid), that Google no longer wanted to buy advertising space of them ("Banned"). This is good news; this is the system working how it should. Those that pay the good mooney for the adverts who were being sent the poor quality traffic are very happy and are demanding that google do this sort of thing.

@Maccam87

What were your traffic sources before you got banned? Did you pay for traffic?

So when did you become a physic? Where did I mention the quality of the traffic was so poor (Invalid). So you make the assumption because your a dick. Google banned me without reason, my blog AND TRAFFIC did not change in years, all my traffic comes from my Facebook pages (In excess of 1.5 million likes) and GOOGLE search results. They banned me and kept any money that was outstanding to me, would you be happy if you worked a 9 to 5 job and you worked a full month in July and you was expecting that money to be in your bank at the august and they sacked you a couple of days BEFORE that payment and never paid you that full months earnings that you earn't??

I have appealed more than once and you are lucky to get a reply, you get a standard email back! No real reasons or explanations just "Your banned and deal with it"

They always ban for a reason. Obviously it was not worth iot to the advertiser to keep paying for click from your site. They do not keep the money. The money is refunded to teh advertisers as the traffic from you was not worth it to them.

And a human would have looked at that appeal and they obviously had data that showed just how bad the traffic from you was.

This is business. If you were paying for advertising anywhere, would you expect to keep paying for it if you were getting a poor return on that investment? Why are you expecting Google to continue to pay for it on behalf of all the businesses that pay good money for the adverts?
