Website Submitter - new directory submitter software

For more then 4 months I have started the work on a Website Submitter software.

I have tried to submit my websites safe and without fear of banning because of automatic submition and did not found any good solution. The second problem was the lack of new directories. So I build with my team our own tool. The application is named Website Submitter and can be found here.

Some information update as 17 november 2006:
- 2022 directories in database, manually checked
- presentation and screenshots
- online video of how the application works
- direct download link to the 14 days trial installer

I have tried to make the application taking care of what a webmaster wants. If you have suggestions will be gladly accepted.

The application is not automatic but a tool to make the manual submission easier. It is automatic fill the fields you define, allows you to keep track of submitted directories, allows you to receive the last updates.

It is just a tool that speed up the manual submission. I would say you normally loose 1-3 min per submission. With Website Submitter you can do it in 20 sec and even less.

I do not think and support automatic submission I am for reviewing all data before posting in director. Take a look at the video demo to understand what I mean.

Yes, in the list for each directory exists the assigned PR and also there is a INFO box in the bottom of the application with databases details ( 2022 directories, how many PR10, PR9 etc ).

Does it lets you brownse through directories like through internet explore because some directories asks you to find the most propriate directory and just hten submit your site in it...

For the directories that have a direct submission page the application takes you directly there to the submission page for the other directiries, yes, it let you browse until you reach the category you want.

Hi.

The software works with any directory and search engines. If you want to add your directory you can use the submission link provided above. The screenshot number (captcha) is not filled automatic, this is left for user before hitting submit to be done.

The actual version of the application is 1.2.3 . I am working for more then 2 weeks at the version 1.3 and for the ones willing to check the beta version of 1.3 I am making it public.

So Website Submitter 1.3 beta version can de downloaded from here.

This 1.3 beta version has the following new great features added:

- multiple titles (anchor text). You can define as many titles you want and during the submission process these will be random used.
- multiple descriptions. You can define as many description you want and during the submission process these will be random used.
- patterns added for username, password and reciprocal linkback
- category combo boxes are now AUTOMATIC FILLED if the category defined is found in the directory category list
- interface improved
- new wizard options for selecting the directories

The rest of the functionalities in 1.3 remained to be implemented are:
- multi language support
- reports in csv, excel, htm and pdf
- for each directory additional properties:
1.Website age
2.Alexa rank
3.Yahoo rank
4.Google IBL
5.Edu link
6.Gov links
7.Dmoz link
- hide submitted websites (option to unhide them)

Finally I managed to release the Website Submitter 1.3 ( download from here) :

new features in version 1.3:

+ reach the 2091 directories using the directories now in queue
+ reports in htm and pdf format
+ multiple titles and descriptions allowed
+ patterns added for username, password and reciprocal link
+ default category selection for each site if this category exist
+ allow multiple selection (example: select all free directories AND only PR5 )
+ multi language support
+ report option for broken or wrong categorized directories

We have no translation for Arabic. But can be a great ideea. We will try to find a translator. Let me know I you are interested.
