What is your opinion, is this ranking really reliable? Or is it paid-for somehow?

So not sure about the stats.But amazed as I'm not seeing any sign of clickbank or amazon there in the list.

Yes, Actually I'm not sure...
But still Amazan and click bank are good and ebay as well.
So now I'm going to travel/hotel and health theme affiliate.

Its impossible to tell how that site decided upon that list. There's a decent chance some of those are paid results.

I typically prefer to use sites like offervault or affiliatepaying to get an honest view of an affiliate network.
