Blog about it, relevantly.

For example, instead of just saying "hi here's a good web directory", talk about why it's a good web directory (not overcrowded, so it sends more traffic than a web directory that is overcrowded, and v7n has widely distributed search box, so we get more searches than most web directories, and it is also a very high quality link.)

You have to give the readers a legitimate reason to submit.

And on that i will have to add: performs good so far, 3 sales already. It does indeed convert pretty well, I hope i have the luck to hit on a company that submits more than 1 website
