Looking to discuss affiliate programs. It is a great way to do business! I have a good one. It's backed by Azoogle so you know they pay.

People always tell me that MoreNiche and WorldNiche are great programs. I just can't see my self promoting penis enlargement pills and ish like that. If you weren’t born with the wood, you don't need it.

Hahaha... I have to agree with you on that one.
What about online perscription drugs. I mean take Lipitor (I'm sure you've seen the commercials!) for instance. 77 million Americans are on it and not all 77 million Americans have great healthcare. So they need better prices on their prescriptions. I'm doing really well with a discount pharmecy affiliate program right now, -. Getting weekly payouts and its really easy to work with. Your thoughts?

It's a competitive niche. You need to find a unique way to promote it. I once thought about shooting my own commercial to promote those type of sites.
Not just some regular commercial, I planned on going all-out to make my site stick out.

Alot of affiliate programs are good. There are a few scammy ones and a few not so good programs, but then there are also alot of good ones. The amount you earn from each one and how good they are to each individual person depends on how you go about promoting them and how much work you put into it.

I will not tell anyone how much I earn, but I do slightly have over 4 sites where I earn a little bit from each one. I will not mention what the other sites are as I may get people just wanting to copy them, which would be a copyright infringement on my work anyway if they did and I would take action.
I will say that I have been doing affiliate marketing and other online marketing plus other stuff to do with the internet for just over 6 years. I was in a job where I was earning on average around £200 - £250 a week. I quit that job about 3 years ago to do all this internet stuff fulltime and I have not needed to work for anyone else since.
Doing this is not just about the money though, it is also the fact that I enjoy what I do, I don't have to answer to any boss, and I can work when I want to work.
The only main reasons why I have managed to do all this fulltime and had quit my job whereas others can't manage to relly on their affiliate or other online income fulltime is because I didn't quit when things became hard and looked like they were going nowhere. My 6 year ride in making money online has been very bumpy indeed and has not been easy at all. When I first started I was sometimes spending over 20 hrs on the web continously without any sleep just to try and get things done quickly.
I now take on some freelancers from time to time to help out with some stuff. Things have become a little easier, but it's still no easy job when it comes to earning online. But then I guess it depends on how you do it. Some people have it easier than others.
How well are you doing?

What do you guys think about CJ (cj.com) , I have registered a few days ago but I had no lead or sale.
I have heard many good things about CJ but your opinions will help me a lot.

CJ is alright. They have some large merchants and they pay ontime. The only downside is that if you are new to earning or don't earn much then CJ closes seems to close everyones account after 6 months of inactivity. So if you have spent time putting loads of banners on your site, then you may find that you must take them down again if you didn't get a sale within any six months period.

So far I have had very good luck with CJ.com, and disappointing luck with google Adsense even though the traffic on my adsense pages are 10x my CJ pages.

I always focus on affiliate programs which pay residual income. That way you can develop a long term income stream.
Very few businesses make money on acquiring new customers all the time and that is the only way most affiliate programs pay, which I think is usually unfair.

I also agree about residual income programs. The best ones to go for is the ones where they take more care of their existing customers. This will mean that they are likely to keep them longer.

Me too........
As I said in another post, I pretty much have went fully with CJ as they have the best selection that fit my site's theme. Look the most professional and grounded of all the other ones I have looked at too.....
