Made it home late last night. I do have pictures. First is James and Arlene Martell. James Martell has wrote
Affiliate Marketers Handbook.
Next
Joe Bucks Booth, they are an herbal affiliate program. I do promote them and they do convert very well. This is Gary McNelley and David Rivero.
One Networks/Digital River Booth, I went past to pick up tickets to the final party which was a chocolate party. Unfortunetly I didn't get to make it there. This is Samatha Hensch Stragic Marketing Manager and Katheleen Watts Marketing Director of
Digital River.
The next is a picture from right before the Roundtable Session started. I'm not sure who the first and last person is, but I do recognize the faces. I will try to find out. Second person is Missy Ward from
CPA Empire I do have an affiliate account there, signed up before I got sick, now that I'm better I definitely will be checking it out. Third person is
Shawn Collins. Him and Missy run the
Affiliate Summit I believe. Shawn also runs
http://www.affiliatetip.com.
The next one is last lunch during the conference. I really didn't expect a sit down dinner, went in thinking sandwiches. It was very good.
From what I hear there was over 1000 people there, and almost 500 on the waiting list. I also heard they were looking a June in FL for the next one. So you might want to watch for when tickets are available since they sell out so fast.
I really enjoyed the How To Earn A Living With Affiliate Programs, speaker James Marlett. It was very impressive to me, I started around the same time, and he went over so much from when he started to now. I remember the first affiliate system I signed up to, it was awful, hard to get links, everything was banner links. Nothing like they are today.
I also enjoyed the speed networking the first night. I was expecting to meet 2 people I requested then, but they were not there. So they matched me up with 8 others. One was someone from Microsoft doing research on what to pay affilliates when they launch their affiliate program. I told him lots and lots of money always works (j/k).
It was a great conference!
