Looking for simple affiliate programs
I run a small network of website and I am looking for a non-context sensitive advertising network to supplement my AdSense usage.
The problem I am finding with many add networks is that most of the require:
- JavaScript or a tracking image to be placed for each add,
- Require a different code to be placed on each domain
- Require all domains to be registered.
Does anyone know of a advertising network that has quite a range of item, and that allows you to use just a plain old http link?

I can't think of any offhand...even adsense uses javascript. Advertisers want to know that they are getting what they pay for and without some sort of tracking ability, you're not going to be worth as much to them.

Well, immediately I was thinking of Commission Junction, because they offer both JavaScript and html codes. Also, I don't think they use tracking images, but rather cookies...so should be what your looking for.
Also, they offer a butt load of products and services to affiliate for.

Commission Junction (CJ) is actually the one I am trying to replace. The codes they give only seem to work on one domain.
Even if they did work on more than one domain, I can not use them no matter how big my site is.
They closed my account 2 years ago after being in-active for 3 months and now since I can not sign up with my current email address, I say screw them.

Why can't you sign up with your current email address. And yes, if there are no earnings on the account they will delete the account after a certain amount of time. Not sure what the problem with that is, all it takes is re signing up, unless there is a problem with your current addy.
As for placing your links on different domains all you have to do is register that new domain with CJ. Its simple to add different domains and then market different affiliate products to each, depending on the sites niche. For example, I may be approved for a program on one site, but not another. It's just quality control.

Also commission junction is planning on phasing out the html sometime in the future. I think it stinks.

This Affiliate Program offers html codes and it will delete your account only if you request to do so. You can sign up easily and for free. Support works well and is ready to solve your problems if they appear. acclaimnetwork.com

How about clickbank and paydotcom? I don't believe shareasale uses js (It's been a long time since I even looked at them). Then there is linkshare and azoogle..

There are thousands of programs where you don't have to use JS, register the domain that the ad will be placed, etc.
The list is endless. Infact I don't really know any that offer JS and where you have to register which domain apart from the Ad networks like ValueClick, Casale, etc.
Most general pay per sale affiliate programs normally only require a link to their homepage with tracking which isn't done via JS and you can also normally deeplink.
