Help choosing an Affiliate Program

I am looking for an affiliate program to help me track sales. My situation is that I have a particular product and already know which websites I want to market it on. I will talk to the websites directly and tell them how to sign up as an affiliate for me. Because of that I don't need a program that has a bunch of customers already because only particular websites will be suitable to market my product. I need a program that will track the clicks and sales, has a reliable reporting mechanism that updates at least daily. I can pay the checks myself, though. So I don't need/want a Commission Junction but I don't want one that I run myself, I want a good one that is in a tier between. Any help is really appreciated.

I personally like using Jrox Affiliate Management script. (Depending on the number of affiliates you have, the free version might be 'enough' to start you up) Link points to my review of the script.

I'd also suggest you to check out my Squidoo blog on Affiliate Tracking Softwares. At this point, I think Jrox Affiliate script might be best suited for you, but if your needs change or you think of other features that you want, check out the squidoo lens. I have one affiliate who has a celebrity site and sending traffic to dirtycrooner.com through small textlinks. And he seems to be pretty happy about it so maybe you could give it a try

Otherwise if you are looking only for advertising network, i can recommend http://www.exoclick.com (even though his rates are a bit low) or www.adbrite.com
