I'm a big fan of the ebay partner network. It is so easy to create great portals and pages with the ebay API. I can setup store fronts like this one in 10 minutes!

#1 Clickbank. They are the grand daddy as far as I'm concerned. You can find a product to promote in almost every niche and the commissions are big.

#2 CJ.com --- Lots of big name companies. Depending on what kind of marketing you want to do, this may be the right choice.

#3 Ebay Partner Network --- Easy conversions with a BANS store but commissions are often low.

#4 Leading Edge Cash --- Good selection of products. Flashy websites. Big commissions. A bit "adult" in nature (not porn, but "male enhancement.")

#5 More Niche/World Niche --- I've grouped these together as they used to just be one company. They are great as far as affiliate support.

(I did leave out a couple of specific publishers I promote as I don't want anymore competition!)

Clickbank is very good and also CJ.

But it is better to create your own product and sell it for full profit.

And get affiliates to work for you.

Just my opinion

I love Clickbank, because of the variety of products offered. CJ is also pretty good, as is Linksare and shareasale. But I think the amount of time and effort you put into it determines your success. Joining any particular network is no guarantee of automatic success.

I agree with Clickbank. The commissions are huge if you can sell the products. Azoogle is very good too as far as commissions. Commission Junction has a lot of different products to choose from and the commissions are good. You can look there for some nice pay-per-leads. Depending on you topic, Ebay can be quite lucrative because of the, I think, $26 comm. for anyone who registers through your links. There is also Linkshare and Neverblueads.

I haven't tried Clicksor yet, but I'm looking into it.

I'm also a fan of Amazon Associates. You're right, the commission is a little bit on the low side, but Amazon revenue has been consistent for me for the past couple of years.

The problem is everybody promoting the similar products, and we seems end to sell the same thing to each other.

Totally agree. It should be more than only 4% !!

You can make a little bit fast, but it is hard to make any kind of living

I have listed the most trusted and attractive affiliate programs (on my blog). I think that programs like CJ,Amazon and CB are just to get people feel ok with them, but program, which offers less than 30% is not worth at all. And most of the merchants there offer 20-25% of the sale - well it looks really bad for me.

Amozon with its 5-10% (correct me if I am wrong) - that's an awful deal. Let's face it - you have 10 orders with amount of 1000....and you are gonna see only 50-100$ - that's a sad thing. Not to mention, that their sites have unbelievable conversion - bad and worst ever seen. Only CB knows what's the power of 2-tier affiliate programs, the other - well, wish them luck

Good affiliate programs should have: great conversion, a huge selection of marketing tool such as: banners, templates, articles, community, good support, high commissions, an option to be recommended by others - 2-tier....

This is my personal opinion....and have been working with that kind of program for a long time. The others, which are not even close to this conditions are in my bust list, if you know what I mean...

Actually, Amazon offers up to 15%, but it's on a sliding scale, based on the volume and value of the sales you drive through.
It's pretty damn difficult, unless you've got an amazingly well thought out setup.

The network I'm with is working on a system that should hopefully be able to deliver better results for people on systems like this, but it's going to take a while to get all the stuff in place and hammer out the deals.

Hmmm... actually, top conversions really come from adult affiliate programs. pays faster, good payment options, and has lots of styles to sell.. and for my own opinion, definitely a better option for a beginner, he has at least 2 or 3 adult sites to promote while workin on some stuffs that offers other services.

One of my best converting programs is paying $100 Pay Per Sale, a client joins only for $4, and upon buying his first credits u get the $100. Their Pay Per Sign Up is the best around too. Coz they really sell their own name, services, and everything.

if it is allowed, goto http://www.cgentertainment.we.bs/bestPPS

Just something to jumpstart your first days of internet marketing. yummy
