Google Adsense had been working well for me. It helped my [url removed] website self-sustain (in terms of paying for webhost and other misc expenses) within a few months of me joining that program, and now it's probably about half of my revenue (and yes, I'm in the black).

yes, u can definitely earn a decent income with adsense. however, i would not suggest to depend on adsense alone in long term unless u can making a huge income from it alone.

Just like your stock portfolio, you should always diversify your income sources. You wouldn't put all your stock portfolio in one mutual fund, so why would you only rely on AdSense alone?

I'm not depending on adsense. I have other things that bring me money. Adsense is not working for me, for the moment.

May I ask why? Simply not working or not paying well enough?

Don't waste your time with Adsense! All it takes to get your account terminated and lose all your earned click money is for one of your visitors to get pissed off and click bomb your ads. They get mad, click your ad a hundred times, and Google shuts your account down and you lose all your money!
It happened to me when I offered free hosting using Adsense ads on the clients sites. I banned a client and he clicked my ads over and over and Google shut me down and never replied when I emailed them to tell them what happened!
If you want a good alternative to adsense, one that can't get shut down like this, try out Yahoo Publisher Network. They have protections in place to guard againts click bombers so you don't lose yoru money!

Sorry to hear about your bad experience with Adsense. I have to say it's working pretty well for me though... No click bombing attacks, knock on wood...

Adsense works great. I have a little site and get about 25-100 uniques a day and I usually make a couple bucks. If only I had more traffic. It also depends on how well you blend the ads into your site.

well I m using adsense, it s really nice, sometimes very profitable... I have get someclicks this week which are about a dollar per click... I have also heard that some people got $25 per click, this is crazy... but for a good adsense income you need to have a good content and traffic.. traffic need time but if you need adsense content, check out my turnkey store..
