Pushing your videos out to lots of sites

For those of you that are posting video blogs, or, are considering posting videos.

Take a look at tubemogul - tubemogul.com I am NOT affiliated with tubemogul in anyway. I just use their service.

Lets take this weekend as an example. I made a 6 minute, 96 meg video for my blog and forum and posted it on youtube. I then uploaded the video to tubemogul and pushed it out to 8 different video hosting sites - dailymotion, metacafe, break, my space video, yahoo video,,,,,,,, only to mention a few.

Instead of having to upload this one video 9 times, I uploaded it twice. With my current internet connection, it took me @30 to upload the video 1 time. So just uploading the video twice took up an hour of my time. Uploading the video to 9 different sites would have taken several hours.

Tubemogul supports at least 20 different video sites. But some of them are humor, news and instruction sites. So you have to pick the video sites that matches your videos content.
