sad to sat but there's actually no clean list.. Stepan Millar told me he can't monitor his lists from time to time...

If you search in Google, you could probably find some ones. Let me introduce you a search engine CommentHunt, it is a search engine that helps you find High Page Rank DoFollow Blogs to get some quick links.
I have found 12 Internet Marketing high page rank DOFOLLOW Blogs and I have list them according by Alexa Rank.

i have two blogs both of them are do follow, abd the comment section is also do follow, if you want use can use it for your backlink pruposes, but plzz use it wisely, dont spam them, use link in the name, not anywhere else, and keep the message relevant so that i dont delete it

the problem with sharing any knowledge of do follow blogs is the blogs get spammed and thus people get annoyed and close the oppertunity to post on do follow.

Blog commenting? Well, it's hard to deal with it. Since you don't have any assurance that your comment will be approved. Especially who have their high PR blog. They will just reject your comments if your site is related to them. So I'm just focusing in other link building process.

Just type "list of dofollow blogs" in google & you'll get a number of sites which've a long list of dofollow blogs.

Some blog are no follow, and i think you can use "no do follow" to check it,and you could find more do follow blog then you searn "inurl:blog" on search engines.
