You can use Fast Blog Finder -- it can easily detect the 'dofollow and nofollow' attributes on blogs. Although the free version of it only shows up to 50 blogs per search.

If you search in Google, you could probably find some ones. Let me introduce you a search engine CommentHunt, it is a search engine that helps you find High Page Rank DoFollow Blogs to get some quick links.
I have found 12 Internet Marketing high page rank DOFOLLOW Blogs and I have list them according by Alexa Rank.
