SEO tips for Blogger blogs

9. Remove Navbar:

Though the navbar is completely CSS , hiding them has a little SEO value as you can avoid the encounter of search engine crawler with "login to Blogger" and other links on navbar (Got this idea from another blog).

Great article. Only article about optimizing Blogger blogs that is actually useful and informative. I've a read bunch of them, but this one is by far the best.

yeah, that's why I wanted to share it because I've seen quite a few without valuable information. The good thing with this one is that from that article, you have links to more detailed tips elsewhere on the site.

This one really works in me. I created before a blog with full of quality images and it generates good amount of visitors to my blog. It all comes from googl images. Just use proper alt tags, fill it with lucrative search terms. But of course, there are still useful ways to generate traffic. This is just one!

7. Optimize images for search engine

I'll go with this one ^. This is probably one of the major factors that can affect your blog in terms of traffic and SERPs rankings.

Well, basically, I'm implementing three(3) simple techniques in my blog when it comes to its images.
1. Naming my images correctly - well, this is probably the most basic way to optimize an image so I guess there's no need for me to discuss it further. lol
2. Tags - Using alt and title tag together with my keywords is probably the most effective way to optimize my blog's images.
3. Image Sharing Sites - Uploading, labeling and tagging my blog's pictures in some image uploading sites like Flickr.com and Picasaweb.google.com (note: if you are using blogger.com, you images are automatically and usually privately uploaded in Picasa) to increase search engine visibility and to redirect visitors to my blog via link on my note/label.

I'm planning now to Focus at my Keyword Density as what the article instructs.

I'll be more sensitive at my keywords to drive more organic searches.

By the way, I already place meta tags at my blogs. And I do recommend using placing these tags.

Great link, thanks a lot! I think I'm gonna work my way through the list, so hopefully i can implement most, if not all the suggestions. I browsed through the first one about a blogger sitemap, and up until now I hadn't even realized you could edit the html like that, so what do you know, you learn something new everyday.

Navigation bar in a blog looks annoying. I always remove it by adding a piece of code in my xml template code.
