I was looking for someone to say what I had to and finally Brandon said it.
If you have a blog and constant activity in it you should also reply to those commenting on your blog. Positive negative or just general, you should give them the 'true' feeling that yes you do exist on your blog.
I have seen many blogs where the article was simply wonderful but there was not a single reply to the comments by the blog person ! Obviously I chose not to comment and waste my keyboard strokes on that page!
