I actually sometimes read long articles, if they are interesting, paragraphs are separated, important sections are highlighted, there are images to show and prove the points.

Those article should bring in very strong insights and have great readable style though

-Blog must informative.

-Creative photographs/images on the blog post helps in understanding the point better by a reader.

-Giving a question to readers or asking for the feedback may get some interest to participate in your blog by the readers.

-You can also share some interesting stories with well-organized manner(must be subject relevant)

-Share your opinion and add supported resources in your post.
