Social Media Votes Exchanging Sites

I am looking for some site where I can exchange social votes like RT, Likes, 1+, StumbleUpon, Digg.
I want all in one site where members are active. I encountered with tweers but there members are not active. I earned 523 points but still they are same. Nobody shared my links.

Please share any site if you know where I can get these things done.

You can try fiverr or microworkers. Pay them for liking your webpage and stuff. Or you could try sponsoring a giveaway.

I use traffup.com. It is mainly good for twitter followers and retweets, but you can also get some traffic to your website. It doesnt incorporate any other kind of social media though, which is a shame.
