web10 my blog is the articles so anything I write goes there. The way I see my site it's divided into one part where I promote and sell my services and another part where I blog and have added AdSense as a way to monetize that part of the site.
I have the blog itself set in a way so articles and posts are separate, but I'll probably reorganize that some in the future as there really isn't much difference between the content of the two. When I first set that part of my site up I didn't hve much of my own content so I grabbed so free articles that I thought were of good quality and also expressed a viewpoint similar to my own. Now that I've written enough of my own content I really don't need those free articles anymore.
before I started I was thinking it was very important to have blog posts be about one thing and articles about another. I don't really see it that way now. It's all just content to me and where it happens to sit on my site isn't as important as it is for people to find it.
Essentially I just see blog posts and articles overlapping. I just write what I do and add it to the blog.
If you mean articles though that I submit to other sites I just write the same thing in a slightly more formal way or organized a little different as appropriate. I tend to keep most of what I write for myself and maybe rewrite a post to make it an article for submission elsewhere.
