Hey friends,

I have started a blog for my company which provides seo services, could anyone provide me details on how to promote the blog.

I have just added two posts in it, is it ok to create hundreds of blog websites and provide the same content to all of them or only one blog is enough for promotion.

One of the blogs can be accessed at : http://www.kitehost.com/technoseo/

The company website can be accessed at : http://www.technoseo.com

Quality information is required.

I am confused about your question. You website explains that you specialize in search engine optimization, but yet you are not sure if you should "create hundreds of blog websites and provide the same content to all of them..."

Respectfully, if you are going to specialize in search engine optimization, you might want to familiarize yourself with the types of things that might get a site banned in the major search engines.

Provide quality content that benefits your readers and makes them want to tell others about you. Get tons of incoming links. Promoting a blog follows the same basic concepts as promoting your main site.

Provide some great articles (for the blog) that include anchor text links to additional information on your main site. If they love your blog, they will follow the footer links to your website too.

You could use Search Engine Optimization to promote your blog

Seriously, Social Networking is the best way to promote a new blog. You want to use Tagging, social bookmarks, blogrolling, online communities, etc to gain exposure and credibility in your industry. And of course SEO.

By the way, if your potential clients do a backlink search on YOUR domain, they will find your threads in webmaster forums - this one included. It may not work to your advantage.
