I have compiled a list of blog directories and SE's which are a major part of blog promotion

It is nice list but it is not organised. Some of them RSS feeds, some of them real directiries.
My list is http://www.blogupper.com - list of blog directories and search engines.

Hmmm seems that you have made the site not to prepare a list but to advertise off your submission services there!

Not really, i don't really make money from this site, only $5-30 month.
All my adds, some my own websites links and some affiliate links on the "paid Directory" and "Hosting for Bloggers" page.

I think that you have to make FREE blog directory on v7n. Can you do it better than Technorati?
