The three blog directory for me is the Technorati, Blogcatalog, Blogtopsites, Feedburner and blogsearch. usually i get traffic from blogcatalog and blogsearch.

How about creating content specific lenses on Squidoo. Admittedly it's not a directory but if your content is useful and relates to your blog I bet you'd get some decent traffic from it.
