Three "Must Submit" Blog Directories
Most people are of the view that to rank a brand new site for a few terms in Google, the quality of the links is more important than the quantity.

If you were going to submit a blog to just three blog directories, which three do you think Google would see as the highest quality links?

I'm hoping to get suggestions for non-specialist blog directories rather than tightly focused directories that, say, are only interested in seo blogs, etc.

So, please name your top 3 blog directories .

Not really.. some directories don't care about feeds.

Let me just name one that I always submit to:
http://www.lsblogs.com/

Homepage is a PR7
Pages where your blog will be listed are often PR 3.

Which is pretty damn good.

I don't have a top 3 - it's not easy to determine which Google would see as quality links.

I have tried submitting mine to a whole bunch of directories - and there are a lot - but it doesn't really seem worth it since almost all of them wanted me to link back to them... permanently - that just sucks. This makes the process take way too much time. I wonder if it was worth the trouble, now.
