Well you have to continue getting more links (directories, articles, forum signatures, etc) Also, PR isn't updated every week so im not sure when was the last time you checked. However, there was an updated yesterday.

Yeah I agree with Bestmiler. Get some related sites that have PR2 or more. But I think you have to wait for the next update to see the result. Or if you want use some tools like page rank prediction but I do not guarantee you that it is accurate.

to get a good pr is just about get a more backlink, make sure you always update your site. When you said too long, can you state how many months or years you site already running on internet? PR update 3-4 times per years..so be patient and do all seo for your site...

one of you suggest that commants on your blog is very good for you,but there are some marketers who are placing ads in my blog comments is that a good sign or tell me what do i do , should i delete that ads on my comments or let them post ads This is a serious issue you can check there comments here: 1 Arrow Journal

The comment you are referring are spam post, you should delete them as it will otherwise effect if google find spammy links in your blog. The spammer are clever they even comments like this " This is very useful Blog" "Nice Post", what I'll do, I would delete their links and leave the comments as it is.

Thanks, its always seems very informative to me, with lots of research on this subject of "promoting blog" know i think i am working with better skills, my experience is not very long but still i had learn some new technique and ways to promote blogs thanks to v7n.com and all members who sapported and share there knowledge with new commers thats sound wonderfull to me

get more links whether relevant or not. link is still a link. but of course relevant links are better. but how do you know if its a relevant or quality link? thats why you dont concentrate on whether if its relevant or not. just get more links everyday constantly building links for your site. next time you know you already have PR10.

encourage people to link to you openly - TELL your readers you WANT links. offer to link back to their pages (on the condition that they have neat pages). e-mail the webmasters of sites you like and think are relevant to your own and tell them you want to trade links. worst-case scenario: they say no. it's always worth a try
