Blog Top Sites ~ Please suggest some good ones

Well, i have started a few new blogs and as I am looking for some exposure for them I just wanted to know some good blog top sites that one could join.

To start of, i have joined http://www.blogtopsites.com/

The traffic is not heavy but the exposure is good

So if you know of any non-spammy blog top sites, please suggest some

Though I've used Blog Top Sites, I've no idea of other such *good* sites so leaving it for others to recommend. =)

I'll highly recommend to use Spotplex.
