Can you please suggest a wordpress plugin that i can use to wrap text around and image in a blog post...

You can also make it part of your base CSS, especially if your template has a similar class around each post.

LOL. You can do the align="left", as Owen suggested. You'll just be without padding.
And don't worry about the second suggestion.

WordPress makes it easy to deal with images. If you go to the write page and click on the image button (it looks like a tiny tree) all of the options you need to upload and style the image are there.

Image Url (where the image is located)
Image Description (what the image is)
Alignment (how you want the image to line up with the text)
Dimensions (if you want the image resized, just enter the new width and height in these boxes)
Border (if you want a border around the pic, enter a size here)
Vertical Space (indicates how much space from the top and bottom you want th e text)
Horizontal Space (indicates how much space from the left and right you want the text.
