You can increase your rank at Technocrati by writing quality content that people find interesting. Other way would be maybe using non white hat techniques that I will not go into inside this forum.

Technorati ranking can be increased if you have more "Authority link". Authority link is the links coming from each unique sites. So it is always good to have many sites linked to you than many backlinks from a same site.

dont add same link on all pages.
If every page has different set of links then it is good(only if its link exchange)
