The only way you get traffic from them is by posting relevant and useful comments A simple "thanks for sharing", "very well said" type of comments won't entice readers to click on your link

there are some blogs with the "U comment, I follow" tag and if it is relevant to your niche, great, if it has lots of traffic, best.

you can write some interesting about your main site and promote your blogs and that is.

to promote your blog, submit your stories to social news site e.g. digg.com, stumbleUpon, myspace, facebook, propeller, reddit, flur.net simpy etc etc. ..
