Latest Blog Post
Steps to add the link for your latest blog post to the member information within your posts ...
Step #1 - Click on User CP from the navigation menu.
Step #2 - Click on Edit Profile from the left side navigation. [update] now says: edit details
Step #3 - Scroll down near the bottom to External Blog and enter the URL for your blog feed.
If you do not have an XML feed that uses the type of URL shown in the screenshot, then it may be necessary for you to use a service such as FeedBurner in order to create a standard feed URL (Those of you using free blog services such as Blogger may need to use FeedBurner.)

OK Cricket, you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned feedburner. I had already done everything up to the point of the feedburner. I knew there was something else that required additional technology. I have created an account in FeedBurner. I have gone through the steps of creating my FeedBurner. Now, I have been given some additional choices; such as, Redirect Your Blogger Feed to your FeedBurner Feed, Publish a chicklet to display your feedburner feed, and offer blog updates via email. I know it is not option 3, so it must be one of the top two. I have worked with a chicklet before when I tried to create a blog using WordPress. Which is my next step Cricket?

None of those. You should be given a URL for your burned feed, like this:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/chicgeek
Paste that into the correct box in your profile and that should be it.

I get a page cannot be found error, both in the link you gave me, and the rss feed link on your blog.

Thanks for adding this feature, it's very helpfull
Too bad it doesn't show quotes : "
Fix ?Click to activate and use this control? instead of : Fix "Click to activate and use this control"

You are using the wrong URL. If you are using Feed Burner, then you need to use the url that they have provided for you. In your case it is: http://feeds.feedburner.com/OnyxDesign

Do you have to use feedburner? At the bottom of my blog, I have a button to subscribe. If I click on it, it pops up a window to subscribe and goes here - this text is up top: This is an Atom formatted XML site feed. It is intended to be viewed in a Newsreader or syndicated to another site. Please visit Blogger Help for more info. Leads me to think it's okay as it's XML. But I can't find the URL string that will not give an error. Can this work or is feedburner required?
Thanks!

I've recently changed my feed to my twitter one, burned by feedburner. I update twitter far more often than my previous blog, but my Latest Blog post seems to be "stuck" on an entry from two days ago.
Thoughts? How often would it usually detect changes?
