All blog comments is a no follow and best way to not get spam is to moderated the blog comments.

I have just turned it on. I figured at least having people view my site for whatever reason it is is better than just having a stagnant one. I am just going to make sure I moderate the comments. I definitely want to avoid spam if possible. Spicacasts.com if you are interested in a backlink.

I have it on my Futon Blog, though I don't find it to be a large draw. Contests, like my futon cover giveaway do tend to get some traffic however!

I also have a do follow blog and of course get spam, whether your blog is nofollow or not, you will get spammed. Lots of spammers are looking not only for generating links, but just putting tons of links out there to get traffic. In my opinion i think manual moderation is the good solution to end spam.

My blogs are all do-follow but I do moderate comments. I don't mind outgoing links, as long as the people contribute to the posts in some way. Also my blogs are pretty low profile (PR 3), so they aren't that attractive.

I always finding a dofollow blog to comment but I prefer to comment on a blog with related theme to mine.

i try to find dofollow blogs by seachin the google ... or via some other blogs ..

but i do not prefer spamming around .... comment properly related to the blog topic.

I did it on my blogs too. I moderate all comments as well so I do not worry about spam. I figure it this way:

Looks like spam, smells like spam it must be spam!

Only spam I might consider liking comes in a can.
