How do you establish a blogs backlinks? Whats best one way two way reciprocal links? Are incoming links better than outgoing? Do you have a standard contact message you use to solicit links?

Directory submission, do follow comments and social bookmarking are the best ways, beside that you can let your content travel via article directories as well, keep it a bit different from the one on your blog!
