How do i get my own social bookmarking icons

i want to put some social bookmarking icon links so dat visitors can click directly and get my site bookmarked but how do i start with it, ive visited del.icio.us, digg and some others but i dunno where to create my own tag

if you use Wordpress platfrom try to search in wordpress homepage about plugin that about Social bookmark.

So many more useful plugin.
