Blog Commenting is a great way to generate more traffic!

However 9/10 your post will not be accepted if it doesnt add anything to the conversation...

An example being 'great post'.

If you actually add value to the blog post you will find most site owners will allow your link to stay. Blog commenting on do-follow pages is also beneficial and something to bear in mind!

I'm using wordpress and both themes have come with Askinet pre-installed. They tend to catch the spam comments that come from comment generating software. All others need to be moderated by myself, seems to sort the problem.

Also a nofollow blog seems to put people off spamming too.
