I get most traffic from "mouth-to-mouth" I talked about my blog on some friends..they talked about it with some others and in some lucky way i get traffic thanks to that.
Apart from that, i get a 20% from social bookmarking.

I get alot of traffic on Stumble Upon. I had a clients blog get over 100k vistors via Digg. So I suggest social media optimization. Submit your posts to the Best Sites - digg, SU, Reddit etc just make sure they are worth submitting and the sites users will find them useful!

Mine I would have to say from Search Engines [Google > Yahoo > Msn], social bookmarking sites, StumbleUpon, Forums and other related blogs I've exchanged links with.

If you focus on publishing unique and useful contents, then overtime your bookmarked direct hits will increase as well.
