increasing alexa
hello guys, I have a basketball blog that has an alexa of 500,00+ couple of months ago, now its going to 700,00 which is not good.... any way to increase alexa drastically? I mean alexa is all about traffic right? I think im gaining more traffic but my alexa goes worse... advice?

Even you gain traffic but other site gain more, and that's the reason your alexa ranking drop.
I dont really mind about alexa ranking actually.

Bah, Alexa Rank... don't bother caring about it. My website only gets about 200 - 300 visitors a day and my Alexa Rank right now is around 360,000 last I checked. My friends website has around 40,000 to 50,000 visitors a day and my Alexa Rank is higher than his, go figure.

Two articles to read about it and why it's not accurate.

You could
write a blog post on how to game alexa's rank - google 'game alexa' create a blog post around the content out there..

Create a title 'How to Game Alexa Rank' and promote it on digg, stumble etc. Watch your alexa rank go up After all the visits...

I get lucky with some domain names and Alexa. Other times I don't. It just depends on the quality if your site, in my opinion.
