Exclamation my site's previous owner sent out spam
how do i get a better rating on my siteadvisor so people aren't afraid to visit my site? the person who had the previous rights to the site address was sending out spammy emails i guess, but i do not. how do i get this changed??

Contact lists that have you blacklisted and tell them the situation. Many will remove you if you only tell them what happened.
