Ways to get backlinks from older blogs seen high as pr6

I've been experimenting some, here's a few things to google. I've actually gotten a backlink on some pr6 pages using this.

inurl:mt-comments +Remember personal info? +2003
"Proudly powered by WordPress" 2002

Just visit blogs, and look for a common text, doesn't have to be MT or wordpress. Adding the date, which you can change to different years, seems to give SERP's of old established blogs.

inurl:mt-comments +Remember personal info? +2003 will show sites with "mt-comments" in the url, +Remember personal info? will show sites with that phrase in the page, and +2003 can show dates comments were posted. I've been using more variations I've put together from stuff I found here, and on other sites.

inurl:mt-comments site:.edu +2001 is a good one. All blog scripts use certain word combinations, like "leave a comment" or some **** like that. Just mix and match different combinations, using the inurl: and +some text. On the serps, look at the urls and you will start seeing different things to search for.
