Most of my traffics come from forums and ad sites. So I learned that I have to work more to that.

although ad sites and forum gives almost all of your traffic i would still recommend social bookmarking this can boost your traffic for a short term but still valuable, also do some wiki answers and yedda.

I would use some of the social network sites like digg.com or stumbleupon.com. If you write good content and find som friends there you should be able to get a lot of traffic to your site

Because it is new i would concentrate on posting good content for the first couple of months and see what happens it wouldnt hurt to do some blog directory submission also as well as commenting on similar blogs in your niche that are established.

Hey, I got a building site and attached a blog for open discussion. The blog has been very well received by customers, and has PR 2 site PR 3. Thus, besides social BOOKMARKING references and testimonials, the site is a good referer for Blog

This is true, but I'm finding they don't click the Adsense or do the offers.

A blog is a website, so there is almost no difference between promoting a blog and a website. However, the most important thing is the content of your blog, that is the only reason keeps readers coming back.

Create a youtube account and start video blogging. Be sure to put your blog address in the video and put a link on the first line of the video description. Then integrate the videos into your blog post. If you have lots of videos, you can reuse them over and over. Need some quick filler material, write a short blurp and post a 5 - 10 minute video that you have not used in a long time.
I have over 300 videos posted on youtube that I use to promote my forum, not counting yahoo video, metacafe, dailymotion, break, veoh,,,,,,,, Youtube is the 4th highest source of traffic to my forum and has one of the lowest bounce rates. Youtube bounce rate is about 15% - 20% lower then google generic search traffic.

Yeah, I agree with this style. video blogging is really dominating as for traffics and SE crawls.
Sometimes, my keyword targets are beaten by youtube video tags.

Of course they are, do you expect anything less? Think about it - Google owns youtube. That means that google has a vested (financial) interest in promoting youtube.
Lets say you have dozens of products in your store (these are the video hosting sites - yahoo video, youtube, metacafe, dailymotion, break). But one product you make more money off of. In fact, you own the factory that makes the product. So when you sell this one certain item, you make a lot more money then if you sold one of those "other" products.
Now then, which "product" are you going to try and sell the most? The product that you own and make the most money of? Or a product that only has a limited markup value?
By having a youtube video with a structured video title, structured video description and keywords - you can rank better then some websites in google search results.
One of my videos that I uploaded to several video hosting sites, if you search for a keyword in google, that video holds 4 slots on the first page of google results. 4 slots for 4 video hosting sites that I uploaded the video to. That is 40% of the first page of google for a certain keyword.
And if I could do this, anyone could. When I started video blogging I did not have the slightest idea of what SEO was or how to do it. Everything I know I read from websites, read through forums, watched youtube videos, and went from there. A lot of it has been trial and error. But that was a long time ago.
Tell me one more time why you are not video blogging?

In addition to the above, consider the following.
The first month or two have absolutely ZERO ads of any kind.
The next month or so have one non-obtrusive Adsense ad box.
The next month or so ad a second non-obtrusive Adsense ad box.
If you start out with a gazillion of ads all over the place you won't get too many returning visitors.
Build quality content, using SEO optimizer for first the title and then for the article content.
Publish a quality article every single day to give follks a reason to return to your site. Say you will publish one new article every single day so they know what to expect (as long as you can live up to that commitment).
Include lots of relevant pictures in your articles (pictures, a thousand words, etc.)
Participate in social networking sites, forums in your blog's topical niche.
By getting visitors to your site early, they won't see lots of ads but they'll see your quality content which will get you a reputation for quality content.
FWIW, I used a similar strategy to the above and my first paid advertiser approached me because he liked how I was trying to help people and did not have a lot of ads on my site....he offered me a full year commitment for advertising (I talked him down to 6 months for a few reasons). It's grown from there. After a year I continue to be approached by unsolicited advertisers and in the past 2 weeks renewed that first advertiser plus two others for additional multi-month terms at above average rates.
Bottom line: get that credibility first in everything you write about and put on your site; do the blocking and tackling fundamentals before going for the long bomb (in American football terms).
I hope that helps.
