Need some help

Yey after few years of making sites now, i've decided to make a wordpress powered blog

And i have no idea how to make it work

This is the blog:

sayeconomy.com

If you look on the right, there is a Find me "Elsewhere" column, and i have no idea how to change that to show links or calandar for example... how can i do that? And how can i remove this profile and elsewhere colomn?

another thing, how do i enable "Customize Permalink Structure" , when i change it, i get whole bunch of errors...

SOmething like this:

Also, how do i enable this: "Popular Topics" , that i have on the bottom of the page?

And how do i enable archive browsing, that i already have setted in in the top right menu (4 icons), second from the left (now i get 404)

i do not know how to edit my post anymore :S so i will just update this thread with new post...

i have managed to fix the permlink problem.

Also, i have found out, that right colomns and stuff like that works on subpages... this "Find me Elsewhere" only apears on the first page, so as the profile...

how do i eliminate this?

Check your sidebar.php, search for Find me Elsewhere an edit it the way you want it.
