Just curious, do you use noindex for categories, archives and tag archives?

Would you suggest having those set to noindex or not?

I may not be a pro at WP, but "no", I don't use "noindex" for my categories, archives and tag archives.

Don't use no index. I mindlessly checked those and my stats suffered a lot.

I used the Wordpress All In One SEO Pack, was not happy with the results, and I uninstalled it.

As for nofollow certain categories, I say no to the nofollow. The goal is to get as many pages indexed with google as possible.

If you noindex all three of them Google won't be able to find your older posts. I noindex archives and tags to prevent duplicate content. It isn't necessary though so if you're not sure don't.

This reminds me that I need to check my noindex settings. I know I checked some to no index to avoid duplicate content, but I feel like it might be hurting my traffic.

Checking those option could actually affect your traffic.

Same, I also am not using the nofollow. Don't be afraid for dupe content in your own site.

I also don't put "noindex" on my categories and archives. It is still part of your page and should be seen on the SERPs, right?

All in One SEO pack is a very good plugin.

I'll say a definite no to nofollow. My blog stats have suffered a lot from it.
