problem with pages in wordpress

Hi,
With every theme I found, there is a place for the pages in the upper part of the site. It's ok as long as I just have a few pages but it looks really bad if I have too much pages.

Here is an exemple on my site: http://www.madcaptains.com/
just bellow HOME, there is a page call TBPC. That's the page I have problems with. any way we can make the row where pages are a little bigger so all my pages fits in it?
