Need Help Setting Keywords on My Blogger
When I hit ctrl+u (on firefox) on other people's blog I could see there are meta titles, meta keywords, etc. But when I did it on my own blog, I don't see them? I believe I have to set it up but I don't know how. Please help me.

(Sorry, I'm not knowledgeable with this stuff)
