ok so i have designed my site in photoshop:

thats what i want it to look like.

im just not sure how to make it so that i can update those posts.. im not planning on being the only blogger on this site, ill probably have a team of bloggers. but then I am also going to want to have a page for pics and videos too.. so im just not sure what would be the easiest way to get the blogging portion in..
