Need Help with GoogleAnalytics and StatCounter

I have an account in both and the URL was set but when I check the status it keeps on showing zero visitors on both GA and SC. I am pretty sure my blog got some traffic because I had a few comments from people. What do you guys think is wrong?

Are you sure that you have installed and verified the codes correctly?

The StatCounter code has not been added to your website! If you don't add the code we can't track it! It's a pretty smart system, but it isn't that smart.
If you have microsoft internet explorer, do the following.

1. Go to your website
2. Click the view menu, and then click source.
3. Notepad will load up and show you the source code (HTML) for your website. Is the StatCounter code anywhere on that page?

You have to put the StatCounter code into the source of your website. Once you do that, we can track it for you and it will work.

Well, the Google Analytics code should be place on all pages you wanted to be tracked for traffic. And Statcounter is commonly used for blogs since Google Analytics is much better.

With Google Analytics code, it should be placed before the </body tag>. As for the Statcounter code, use "add HTML/Javascript" for blogger.

It is difficult for you to promote your blog at starting, eventhough you have some minimum num of users. Wait for large exposure and keep doing.

Thanks for the information guys. It's been like 3 months since my site is not being tracked. It actually happened to me when I started my blog and before I renamed the URL but after a couple of months my blog is tracked. I am actually thinking if that phenomena is occurring again. I'll see what I can do. Thanks for the info again everyone!

Hi,

Once you've installed Google Analytics, tracking should start to show up within 1 day.

If the site you are talking about is the one in your signature then I cannot see any Google Analytics tracking embedded on the site.

This is it. Nothing more to say. I just want to add some points here, I do suggest you to check always these tolls where your traffics came from. (why?) to classify what promotional sites are effective in driving traffic and to focus more in those sites.
