Hi,

blogger and wordpress.com have mostly same functionality. But on wordpress.org - self hosted blog is the better than blogger. I have provide my views:

Blogger don’t have the option of static info page such as ‘About us’ and ‘Contact us’. It has fewer categories compare to wordpress, which offers category to each of the post with best archiving option

Blogger is the google product whereas Wordpress is open source software which depicts all the users are the proprietors

orpress facilitate to import all the posts and comments, even older by its new import option. Blogger doesn’t have this option

Both are free blog creating portals with multi facility. But compare with wordpress, blogger is user friendly.
