We are in great company. Thank you Cricket, and the 30 day challengers who blog with excellence.

I returned to enterprise from a life ease, retirement. (Yep, Jim Rohn) Thanks to the recent economic downturn, I work from home to:

1. replenish financial losses and secure my future in an unpredictable economy,
2. live to be 100 so I can see my grandchild graduate from college,
3. leave a legacy for the family.

That is not too much ask, is it?

So what’s the problem? Time. Not enough. It gets away. Insufficient discipline and routine. Hence my blog http://www.15hoursaweek.com where I get a grip on the best of time management techniques to move me from this:

“Good Grief! Time for dinner and nothing got done.”

to this:

“Mission accomplished, at least for today.”

Hi my name is Jen, and I am a very passionate quilt designer/maker living in the Australian Outback. Prior to living in the desert we lived in the Canadian Arctic for 10 years. Quite the weather extremes we have experienced - not many can say that they have lived at the top and bottom of the world experiencing -45 and +45.

I have been thinking about resurrecting my blog which I was pretty pathetic at and this challenge has given me the motivation to do it along with the lady I design for who is also a participant.

More than likely my blog will be about quilting but I think I will probably add a few other things for a little variety for you non quilters.
